Accountant

Accountant (Restaurant Business)

We are looking for an accurate, responsible and well-organised Accountant to join the SEOVILLAGE restaurant team and manage day-to-day accounting records using StoreHouse and RKeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain records of incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery notes.
• Maintain and control cash documentation and POS system data.
• Manage inventory and stock movement records in cooperation with the restaurant manager and kitchen team.
• Participate in organising stocktakes and recording inventory results.
• Prepare reports for company management and the Chief Accountant.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving and circulation of accounting documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Secondary or secondary vocational education in accounting, finance or economics.
• Previous accounting experience will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in the HoReCa, retail or restaurant industry will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory accounting and cost calculation.
• Knowledge of Latvian accounting and tax regulations.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Experience working with accounting software, StoreHouse, RKeeper and POS systems.
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of Latvian; English language skills will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:
 Full-time (partially remote). Possibility to combine the position with another job.

Salary:
 EUR 1,400–1,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
