You may only use this Site if you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The Site is not available to individuals under the age of 18. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. All information and materials on this Site are provided for informational purposes only.
Use Restrictions
The content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and information obtained from SEOVILLAGE’s licensors, and other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”), is protected by copyright under both European Union and international laws. Ownership of the Content remains with SEOVILLAGE.
Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions constitutes a violation of these Terms and may infringe upon copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, none of the Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of SEOVILLAGE or its licensors.
SEOVILLAGE grants you permission to view and download a single copy of the Contents solely for your lawful, personal, and non-commercial use, provided you retain the copyright notice: “SEOVILLAGE SIA. All rights reserved”, and all other copyright and proprietary rights notices that are included in the Content. Idea Submissions
SEOVILLAGE values feedback from our users and appreciates your comments about the Site, products, and services. However, we have a long-standing policy that prevents us from accepting or considering unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, unless they have been specifically requested by us. Our staff and consultants are highly skilled professionals who may be working on similar concepts or ideas, and we aim to avoid any misunderstandings that could arise if a project developed by our team appears similar to an idea that was submitted.
As a result, we kindly ask that you do not send us any unsolicited original creative materials of any kind. If, however, you do send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively referred to as “Submission(s)”), whether requested or not, you automatically grant SEOVILLAGE a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, edit, translate, distribute, and display the Submissions. This license applies to all media now known or developed in the future, and covers any form, format, or forum.
SEOVILLAGE may treat your Submissions as non-confidential and is not responsible for any use or disclosure of these materials. SEOVILLAGE reserves the right to use your Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or obligation to you.

User Communications
The personal information you submit to SEOVILLAGE is governed by our Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, our Privacy Policy will take precedence.
Except for submissions made under the Idea Submissions section (above), SEOVILLAGE does not claim ownership of any text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, sound recordings, videos, audio-video clips, or other content you submit to us through social networking tools we provide (each referred to as a “Communication(s)”). To clarify, Communications differ from other information you provide to us because, once submitted, Communications are made immediately available to others. Examples of Communications include comments posted on our blogs or in chatrooms we sponsor (if any).
By submitting a Communication, you agree not to make any content that is, in whole or in part:
- Libelous, scandalous, inflammatory, discriminatory, defamatory, false, threatening, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, profane, abusive, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or intended to attack any specific group (e.g., based on gender, race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or disability).

You automatically grant, or confirm that the content owner has granted, SEOVILLAGE a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Communication in any form or medium, whether now known or developed in the future. However, SEOVILLAGE is not obligated to use any Communication.
You are solely responsible for your Communication, its consequences, and your reliance on any Communication. SEOVILLAGE is not responsible for the content or consequences of any Communication.
While SEOVILLAGE is not obligated to monitor Communications, we may investigate any allegation of a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may, at our sole discretion, remove such Communication.
SEOVILLAGE reserves the right (but is not obligated) to:
- Record dialogue on the Site.
- Investigate allegations of Communications violating these Terms and Conditions and remove or request the removal of such content.
- Remove abusive, illegal, disruptive, outdated, or non-compliant Communications.
- Terminate user access for violations of these Terms and Conditions or the law.

- Edit or delete any Communication posted on the Site, regardless of whether it violates these Terms and Conditions.
Promotions

You hereby waive any and all claims, causes of action, or rights to bring such claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Site, Communication, or these Terms and Conditions after one (1) year from the first occurrence of the act, event, condition, or omission upon which the claim or cause of action is based.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOVILLAGE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in connection with any violation or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.

By accessing the Site, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason: Liability of SEOVILLAGE and its Licensors and Partners, Use Restrictions, Idea Submissions, User Communications, Indemnity, Applicable Laws, and Complete Agreement.
Applicable Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SEOVILLAGE expressly consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia for the resolution of any claim, action, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
Complete Agreement
Except as expressly provided in a specific notice or disclaimer posted by or on behalf of SEOVILLAGE on this Site, these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEOVILLAGE regarding the use of the Site and its Contents.
