About Seovillage Restaurant
We cook with what Latvia gives in each season, working closely with nearby farms and small producers. Dishes are built simply but precisely: clear flavours, deep sauces and textures that make the product stand at the centre of the plate.
Inside, a fireplace, soft chairs and wide windows to Lake Plaužu make the restaurant feel more like a living room than a classic dining hall. The bar follows the same line — a considered wine list and balanced signature cocktails that complement the food rather than compete with it, inviting you to sit longer, eat slowly and enjoy the moment.
